Disaster Management Mock Drill by Civil Defence. Disaster becomes more devastating if not managed timely. GFPS organised a disaster management demonstration cum presentation program in collaboration with a team from civil defence U.P. The expert team gave a demo of how to save ourselves in case of fire, earthquakes , terrorist attacks and other natural disaster. The team came to school with all related paraphernalia and exhibited so many ways to escape and survive if caught in disaster situation.
Life without planning is dull and aimless. Planning is an essential feature one should be trained in at school level. We at GFPS believe in inculcating a feeling of self awareness and sensibility amongst our students where we train them to be decisive and determined. Career guidance sessions is a frequent happening in the school. Today a career guidance session took place and very experienced coaches told students about various career options in science, commerce and humanities. They also tried to remove students' confusions and answered their questions related to different career choices.
"We have not inherited this earth from our forefathers;we have borrowed it from our children".We have got it as a legacy to be passed on to the coming generations.Students of Green Field Public School expressed their gratitude and respect towards the mother nature by donating saplings to the school and also took a pledge to safeguard them.
Green field Public School has an integrated learning system where we give an ample scope to our students to learn beyond text books. we have 10 clubs which work towards different directions and help students to widen their experience through real situations. SOCIAL WELFARE club is also an effort of the school towards instilling realization amongst students to what they have ben deprived of. 10 members of the club went to a nearby orphanage to donate some snacks and juices to the children who have dreams in their eyes but they have no way to fulfil them. It was worth experiencing for our students when they saw many children far from basic needs of life and the life has taken a toll on them. Students could empathise there and realized the importance of family.
Green field Public School Sanjay Nagar organised an orientation program for the parents of classes VI - VIII. In the program parents were told about the learning and teaching pattern of the school and they were also informed about the activities and competitions which students indulge in on regular basis.

GREEN FIELD PUBLIC SCHOOL believes in continuous mining of children’s hidden talent and giving them a platform to showcase it to the world. The school organised a ‘Talent Surge’ program on 3rd March 2022 and gave free wings to its students to display their unique latent Talent. More than 50 students from outside and inside the school exhibited their tremendous talent through mesmerising performances in the event under different categories i.e Dance ,Fancy Dress, Singing, Role Play, Mantra and Poem Recitataion. The winners were rewarded for their overwhelming execution of their talent. In the end Principal of the school appreciated all the performance and accentuated on having more events of this kind.
